Stress stress stress everyone of us quiet known to each other yeah?

Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or nervous. Stress is your body's reaction to a challenge or demand. In short bursts, stress can be positive, such as when it helps you avoid danger or meet a deadline.

Having stress can vary from being mild in behaviour to extreme and can often lead to diseases like mental illness anxiety etc. Therefore it becomes a need of the hour to take care of a stress and manage our mental health and balance our life.

Some of the ways in which a person can't distress himself are:

  • Meditate - Meditation can help a person a lot in distressing himself as it can calm the soul and connect it with peace and gifts mental peace to the person, thus he can feel in the numbness of time about what is going on ad if the stress is even worth taken or not.
  • Optimism - One of the greatest way of leaders of peaceful and stress-free life is to follow the path of optimism optimism refers to the mindset of people  seeking the positive side of every happening. Being optimistic of course not distress you but it gives you the possible visions which you must have been ignoring while taking the stress about certain things.
  • Following your hobby : It has been scientifically proven that the thing we love to do often result in de-stressing of ourselves this is because the thing in which we are interested can come our mind and divert it for sometime.
  • Peace - Following the path of peace is definitely going to make a huge change in a person's life it can remove anxiety stress mental illness what drink and necessary e load and does improves your health and the vision of life.
