  Stress stress stress everyone of us quiet known to each other yeah? Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or nervous. Stress is your body's reaction to a challenge or demand. In short bursts, stress can be positive, such as when it helps you avoid danger or meet a deadline. Having stress can vary from being mild in behaviour to extreme and can often lead to diseases like mental illness anxiety etc. Therefore it becomes a need of the hour to take care of a stress and manage our mental health and balance our life. Some of the ways in which a person can't distress himself are: Meditate - Meditation can help a person a lot in distressing himself as it can calm the soul and connect it with peace and gifts mental peace to the person, thus he can feel in the numbness of time about what is going on ad if the stress is even worth taken or not.
