Never give up

Failure is only opportunity  to begin again, this time more intelligently.            -Henry Ford World is a movie of ups and downs, we all are its main characters  trying to make our way up to the top. Only thing which makes the difference is our attitude, that do we push forward to overcome problems  or just simply  give up. Never give up doesn't mean to keep doing same thing in same way what we need is to analyze and be smart enough to change when needed. A real life example of the physi. Of never give up is " Japan " a country which has faced nuclear bombings and still face tsunami  and earthquakes  from time to time. But still it bounce back. Your life is in your hand you are its director, give it an ending  you like. Just have courage and stand up to the problems. One thing you need is " never give up".

Bhagat Singh : True Face of FEARLESSNESS

Bhagat Singh was a prominent freedom fighter of India. The courage with which Bhagat Singh fought the mighty British government for the independence of the country is a great role model for the youth of today. He also refused to run away by throwing a bomb in the Central Parliament (Central Assembly). Early Life of Gautam Buddha:  He was born between 483 and 563 AD in Lumbini, Nepal, near Kapilvastu, the then capital of the Shakya Republic. It was in June 1840 when a fleet of British warships went to China's Pearl River Delta and started war. The security system of China's coastal areas was weak. China could not last long in front of this British attack and it knelt down. This was the first Opium War in which thousands of people were killed and that too in the name of free trade. The opium trade in China was a profitable business but it was also illegal. Two Scottish men were involved in this business and both played a major role at the start of the war. William Jardine was a doctor by profession and also a businessman. From Tea to Opium : After the first meeting in a Chinese brothel, another businessman named James Matheson became William's partner. In 1832, the two together formed Jardine, Matheson and Company, headquartered in Canton, southern China. The canton is now known as the Ganzhou of China.  ATTITUDES AND JOB SATISFACTION Attitudes are evaluative statements they may either be favorable or unfavorable. It is concerned with the objects, people or events. They reflect how we feel about something which finally leads to everything because that an Attitude. They are complex, to be more estimable it is considered to be as the fundamental properties or components. The attitude towards the job is all what defines us. Typically, researchers assume that attitudes have three components: COGNITIVE, AFFECTIVE, BEHAVIORAL. Cognitive component is the opinion or belief with a particular segment of an attitude. Affective component is the motion or feeling segment of an attitude. Behavioral component is an intention to behave in a certain way forward or toward someone or something.
